Welcome our new Executive Director!

y Vancouver's Downtown Association Executive DirectorVancouver's Downtown Association is pleased to welcome a familiar face to fill the office of Executive Director.  Lee Rafferty has served as a board member, has led the Downtown Retail Strategy Team, and has been a vocal advocate for small business throughout the City of Vancouver.  VDA President Lee Coulthard said of Rafferty, "She is a great choice for us.  She understands our work, loves downtown and is committed to bringing good things to its businesses and residents.  We know that she will reach out to other business associations and neighborhoods throughout the City to build relationships and tell our story."
