Join us to learn Tunisian Crochet with Becka Denning of Radiant Beans!
Tunisian crochet (or afghan crochet) is said to be a combination of knitting and crocheting. It’s great for making blankets, scarves, shawls, and more. The fabric is thicker and more structured than regular crochet.
In this class you will learn how to make a chain, Tunisian simple stitch, forward and return pass, and fasten off.
Skills Needed:
This class is beginner friendly, whether or not you have crochet or knitting knowledge. However, it may come easier to you if you have experience with these fiber crafts.
Materials Needed:
Tunisian crochet hook in size appropriate for your yarn (typically 1-2 hook sizes above standard for your yarn)
DK or worsted weight yarn of your choice
