Guided Chocolate Tasting

Enjoy a one-hour chocolate tasting with Dr. Kalei Ross, author of the Gourmand Award-winning book “In Pursuit of Purity: The Paris Chocolate Files.” Ross will explore the art and science behind chocolate from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on January 6th at Heathen Brewing Feral Public House’s banquet room. Guests can purchase food and drink from Heathen to complement the chocolate experience. Tickets are $23 per person. The room is reserved until 4 p.m. to allow for post-tasting socialization.
