Bricks & Clicks Grant Program Continues to Help Transform Downtown Vancouver

A vibrant downtown starts with thriving local businesses, and we’re proud to celebrate the impact of our recurring Bricks & Clicks Grant Program, made possible through the partnership and support of the City of Vancouver.

Since its launch, more than 45 downtown businesses have participated in the program, using grant funding to enhance their storefronts, improve customer experiences, and strengthen their online presence. From eye-catching signage and upgraded lighting to expanded outdoor seating and refreshed facades, these improvements help create a more welcoming and dynamic downtown for everyone.

Here are just a few examples of how businesses have utilized their Bricks & Clicks grants:

Terrain Coffee Project
Installed new signage to increase visibility and strengthen their storefront presence.

Reverie & Rosemary
Enhanced exterior signage and added decorative window details to create a more engaging storefront experience.

Little Conejo
Upgraded and expanded their patio parklet, creating a welcoming outdoor gathering space that guests love. Special thanks to Ryan Zygar at Tieton.

Eryngium Papeterie
Installed exterior lighting, added a prominent hanging sign, and improved the overall appearance of their storefront.

Source Climbing
Added lighting improvements that help brighten their space and contribute to a more vibrant downtown environment.

Wiener Wagon
Invested in a new awning to improve visibility, customer experience, and curb appeal.

These projects represent more than physical improvements; they are investments in the vitality, identity, and economic health of Downtown Vancouver. Every upgraded storefront, enhanced outdoor space, and improved customer experience contributes to a stronger and more connected business community.
