Main Street Promise Spotlight: Metropolitan Performing Arts
Downtown Vancouver continues to grow as a destination for creativity, culture, and community, and Metropolitan Performing Arts is helping bring that vision to life.
Located at 1014 Main Street in downtown Vancouver, Washington, Metropolitan Performing Arts is Southwest Washington’s home for theatre education and community theatre. Through classes, live performances, and opportunities for creative expression, this local arts organization brings people of all ages together to learn, perform, and experience the magic of the performing arts.
They offer classes for kids, teens, and adults to explore their creativity through acting, dance, music, theatre technology, and playwriting.
Beyond their educational programs, Metropolitan Performing Arts produces community theatre productions featuring talented performers from across the Vancouver-Portland area. Whether you’re interested in stepping into the spotlight, working behind the scenes, or enjoying a live performance, there are plenty of ways to get involved!
